Intermediate Full Stack Developer

Biz-Zone is looking for a dynamic full stack developer to work in our office to work on our SaaS product.

As a PHP pro you are a strong object oriented programmer who can work in an MVC framework. You understand software patterns and are able to quickly solve complex problems. You are also comfortable with using JavaScript, jQuery and CSS in the Bootstrap 3.0 framework to build highly interactive, functional screens.

We need someone who can hit the ground running and is already very comfortable with the LAMP environment. Strength in UX is an asset, but the most important skills will be your proven PHP / MySQL / jQuery / CSS capabilities.

Job responsibilities

Design, develop and test new modules in our SaaS product
Work with other team members during implementation and deployment process
Work in a fast-paced, agile development environment

Job qualification + requirements:

Computer Science degree (BSc.) or equivalent
1-4 years' experience with OO development in a LAMP environment (PHP, MySQL)
Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap)
Experience developing technical design documentation and participating in a technical design and code peer review process
Working experience with Zend framework, Symfony or similar MVC frameworks
